These are items that were returned to the networks, within the 7 day CPA rule, due to it being the wrong colour, the customer did not like the unit, order was cancelled.  These are not used or second hand item, but may have a minor scratch, because of the handling by the shops or networks.  The boxes are opened and may be damaged.

Each product undergoes a rigorous inspection and testing process by the networks and manufactures, as well as Sarang Telecoms.

All unboxed deals are backed by our 6 month warranty

Our warranty covers all Open Box products for a minimum of 6 months, depending on the remainder of the warranty on the unit.  This warranty assures you that unboxed products are free from defects and workmanship under normal use.  It encompasses any malfunction or non-conformity that arises during the warranty period.  Warranty does not cover physical damage or liquid damage due to negligence by the customer.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE THAT SARANG TELECOMS ONLY ACCEPT UNITS BACK IF IT IS FAULTY OR HAVE TO GO IN FOR REPAIRS.  THEREFORE IT IS ON THE ONUS OF THE CUSTOMER TO BE 100% SURE ON HIS PURCHASE.
